“My wife and I spent 3 nights here visiting family. We were unable to check in until after 11 pm but that was not a problem. Communication with Arman was quick and he very considerately left a light on outside so we could find our way. The pictures are accurate. The bed was excellent and we both slept very well. The furniture was equally as comfortable. The supplied coffee was very much appreciated. There was a bit of a chill the first night but the electric fireplace heated up the room……

“We had an amazing weekend! The fridge was down when we arrived but a service man came. While the fridge was being serviced we got to know David our host and we arranged for him to drive us to and pick us up from the festival as it was a little too far to walk. We had a great time this weekend!! The table and chairs really eat up the space but other than that we would highly recommend 😁”

“Cute and clean! This basement suite has high ceilings so you don’t feel like you’re in a basement. Everything was easy and ready to go when we got there. I brought my dog and Kate was thoughtful enough to leave a couple of dog treats available for him. It was a very sweet gesture. When I am back in the area I will look into staying here again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this charming home in a great enclave of the city--convenient to everything in Edmonton yet tucked away. The private back deck and hot tub were very inviting and enjoyed. Tree-lined streets with sidewalks were great for walks to enjoy the local architecture. Only two blocks from Muttart Conservatory/botanical gardens and its restaurant, and just down the street from a park and small ski hill. Great communication with the owners. We will definitely look to return……
