Buolding work carried out in areas of hotel. A room opposite mine noisy as construction work being carried out. Had to request change of room. Fire alarm kept on going off 3vey evening and the again 02:19, 03:10 and 04:10 Monday and Tuesday night So bad had to check out early .

Bel hôtel moderne mais SPA non inclus en standard
Très bel hôtel assez moderne et charmant. Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Gros bémol dans la description des tarifs car le tarif standard ne vous donne pas accès au spa et la piscine. Un supplément de 15€ par personne est demandé. Jusqu’ici c’est peut être logique. Sauf qu’on l’apprend après réservation et comble des choses la différence entre le prix de la chambre standard et celle donnant accès d’office à la piscine et le spa est de l’ordre de 10€ peu importe le nombre d’occupants. Le personnel l’affiche bien à l’accueil mais aucun effort n’est fait pour l’afficher sur hotels.com ! Le personnel semble ne pas être au courant mais la mesure date de 2022 et je suis déjà allé deux fois à cet hôtel et certains personnes y ont été confrontées.

Séjour agréable dans un bel hôtel
Bel hôtel bien situé dans une ville vivante et accueillante, bien équipé, au services agréable et efficace. Il est juste dommage que le fait que la piscine intérieure soit très régulièrement réservée à des cours concernant des clients extérieurs à l'hôtel ne soit pas indiqué à la réservation. De même, l'engagement écoresponsable serait sans doute plus vraisemblable si les serviettes n'étaient vraiment pas changées quand elles n'ont pas été mises au sol dans la douche et si les produits de toilette n'étaient pas retirés alors qu'ils ne sont pas épuisés.

Overall good but a few issues
You always expect high quality from a van der valk hotels and this hotel is a decent one but a few things still had me dissatisfied. First the brasserie meals we took were overpriced for the offered quality. Burger meat is stiff and omelet is overstated. The cocktails we took out in the bar were average. The breakfast is nice though. The biggest quarry I had is with AC system. We stayed in early may and the rooms were hot! The AC system control unit doesn't have any digits, just a knob that even in it's lowest position doesn't chill the room enough.

Breakfast is excellent!
Breakfast is excellent! Beds are very soft. Restaurant is good. Few staff speaks English - but we were able to communicate 😀 I will be back.

Bon hôtel
Cet hôtel est très fonctionnel, la chambre est propre et bien insonorisé. Cependant, il manque du gel douche et le siphon de la douche ne s'écoulait pas assez vite. De plus, en ayant réservé une chambre double supérieure, mon accès Spa et piscine n'était pas activé. J'ai reçu un mail de l'hôtel quelques jours après mon départ pour me signaler que l'accès spa était payant. La réception aurait dû me le signaler lors du check-out. Sinon, tout s'est bien passé dans cet hôtel.

la struttura è nuova e bella. il personale di servizio pessimo, abbiamo atteso 2 ore per avere le chiavi delle camere senza avere una motivazione in risposta alle nostre lamentele. Ci ignoravano completamente.

At checking was not welcomed, was rather put down by the person at the reception. I understand I was early for checkin, coming from the USA you do not really have a choice. The way that lady spoke to me was very unprofessional.The hotel did not even show any accommodations to help me or to take my luggage as I had to wait 4 hours to get a room. Restaurant food was ok but one night we had steak we where 3 at a table and all our streaks where over cooked. Again we complained but no excuse was presented or anything and this was after we waited 45 minutes fro our food.
