「Unfortunately, there was no prior information about the check-in process, and no one was present at the time indicated online.
The host did not speak English, making communication very difficult.
After we finally reached him by phone, he informed us, using a translation app, that the apartment was open. When we entered, we were shocked.

「Location was ok for city centre. Apartment was on ground florr next to busy road and buildings front door that slammed shut everytime someone entered/exited which was often.
No English instructions for appliances (heating/oven) and vendor didn't answer messages when we enquired about them.」
