「Convenient parking, smooth check-in, and friendly front desk. The room was clean and had all the facilities you expect. Highly recommended」

「The motel is newly open. It has a Mediterranean themed finishing, with olive green as main tone. The room was very clean, with TV, fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom was very beautiful. It uses a self-check-in system. If you book prior you stays, you should be fine, just follow the instructions and you will receive the passcode. If we book it the same day, as what I did, best arrive before 5PM. I didn’t receive the check-in instructions, but I managed to meet a very helpful and friendly...

「Good」

「Nice view and good location 」

「We stayed for 3 nights and on each morning we’d turn on the indicator requesting the room to be cleaned. No cleaning on the first 2 nights and we had to call reception to have housekeeping come in to change towels and clean the room. 「客房乾淨舒適且員工接待親切, 附近商店購買商品很方便。」

「房間燈光非常昏暗，水壓很弱」

「旁邊很多餐廳，跟便利商店，舒適方便」

「The motel is adequate. just a block from the beach and 5 min's from Pacific Fair and the Convention Centre. 7/11 over the road and take aways right next door. If all you are after is a bed and a shower with a kitchenette, then this is priced really well. Good and Clean.」

「Good accomodation environment」

「Very disappointing experience. The room was dirty and unhygienic, with cockroaches crawling around and dirty, smelly bedsheets. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the bathtub was out of order. To make matters worse, the staff at the front desk were rude and unprofessional. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable, and the lack of cleanliness made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Basic hygiene, working facilities, and respectful customer service are the minimum...

「Upon getting to the location, the host canceled our reservation, leaving us nowhere to stay and giving us no help that was a total nightmare I believe there should be some compensation besides refunding my money I will never ever tell anyone to book through Vrbo」
