“Clean. Very quiet. Well stocked kitchen and a supermarket a short drive (<1 mile) if you want to cook a meal. Hosts are proactively communicative and even though they live in the attached larger house, we never saw or heard them.”

“This was our best 4th of July ever. The location was exactly what we were looking for. Easy walk to the boardwalk, but also easy walk to many great hikes. Downtown is charming, went to Mystery spot, Aptos, it was perfect. The Boardwalk and its view of the ocean and rides and fair food was fantastic. We will be back.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful—peacefully tucked away among the redwoods while still being in the perfect location. It was an easy drive to both the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, making it the ideal home base for exploring the area.The check-in process was seamless, and the home was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. We also really appreciated that the host was able to accommodate our semi last-minute booking. Communication was great……
