"Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Allerdings wurde vergessen uns vor Anreise mitzuteilen, dass ein Bad der Villa gar nicht benutzt werden kann! Zudem war das Haus bei unserer Anreise nicht geputzt. Was unser Urlaubserlebnis in Summe doch sehr getrübt hat. "We needed lots of bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, and options for relaxation or activity. This property checked all boxes. Management was professional and gracious. Guido recommended, at our request, a chef for meal delivery and for a cooking class. Edoardo and his team, Josette and Fabrizio, made an otherwise fabulous stay even better. The photos of the property, particularly vistas, patios, and pools do not do it justice. Truly a magnificent property!"

"We were a group of 18 people all related, with 8 young cousins aged 3 - 10. The site is ideal for such a group, with the springboard over the swimming pool a special attraction. Perugia & Assissi were voted best outings, although the myriad sporting activities on site - including a cut down football field for a five a side championship - made for a perfect holiday.
