「The place is great. Just a little far out of town. That’s not a deal breaker for us though. No batteries in the tv remotes in two bedrooms. Had some batteries for one of the two in the truck though. No big deal. It happens. Had to try different variations on the WiFi password. The one listed was not accurate. Overall it was a good experience. The place was very clean and good water pressure. No coffee though. Hot chocolate, tea and creamer. No coffee. Thanks for the stay. 」

「Jim and Jae truly have a slice of paradise on Lake Ann. Jim greeted us as we pulled in to their beautiful property overlooking the lake. This unit offers breathtaking views with large windows facing the lake. We loved our morning coffee on the private deck. The lake was quiet and perfect for fishing off their deck or from a boat. The nearby boat ramp is very nice with a gentle slope. There are many lakes in the close proximity but we loved the calm and clean water so much that we never went...

「Check in was very easy and everything we needed was in the kitchen. Very clean and in a very secluded area. Lots of interactions with the host. Left us coupons to use at local Steakhouse. 「Very pleased with our stay. Location provides easy access to the bustle of Bentonville, yet in a quieter neighborhood. Owners were quickly responsive and helpful. The layout is good, it's well stocked, the furniture is comfortable, the shower is superb and the outdoor space is quite pleasant.
