「We booked the room, but never received the email for the codes to access the property. We called the number on the app and got a recording they were closed. The property is owned by a business a few doors down, and we had to go there to get checked in. The place was cute and clean. There was a common kitchen for people to use, and there was a very strong smell of food when we walked in the front door and we could also smell it in our room. 「First room I was given, key didn’t work. Went back down to the front desk where they provided me with a new key. Back up to the 3rd floor and the family already staying in that room were woken by guests they were not expecting. The front desk had assigned me a room that was already occupied! Not a pleasant experience for either party at 2am! 」
