The housekeeping service was inconsistent. One evening, one out of our 3-bedroom villa was missed. No body lotion was provided in any of the 3 bedrooms. No towel was provided in the powder room in the living /dining area and there was no phone there. However the beachfront villa was very nicely located in front of the pristine sandy beach. The service personnel were all very friendly and hospitable. The segregated breakfast room for villa residents was nice. Special menu was provided.

We stayed in a three-bedroom villa at this resort for three nights with our family of five. The villa was spacious, spotless, and luxurious, making our stay extremely comfortable. Both the private beach and the swimming pool were beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and we also enjoyed the complimentary happy hour each afternoon and evening, with unlimited drinks and snacks. Everyone in our family was very satisfied. All of the staff, both men and women, were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout the resort, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We are especially grateful to Eric, who looked after us from check-in to check-out. His attentive and thoughtful service truly made a difference. This is a resort we would definitely love to visit again.
