“I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times (5–6 visits) and always had a great experience, which is why this situation is so disappointing. I was charged for a restaurant bill at 7:09 AM on the day of my arrival, even though my flight landed at 1:55 PM — clearly impossible. I contacted both accounting and management and provided full proof, but no one has responded for 10 days. It appears a simple mistake was made, but instead of resolving it, they are ignoring the issue. Very disappointing……

“The hotel location was good and the staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly and very helpful and polite. The rooms are clean but very plain, and ultra modern I guess that's the "Scandanavian design" but cheaply put together. The kitchen cabinets were plain white, which was fine, but cheaply made, flimsy. The drawers did not pull out or close easily. No stove, so if you wanted to cook, you couldn't. Only microwave. The coffee maker was difficult and tempermental to operate.The grout in the……

“Great place to have as a base to explore Aruba. It is quiet, safe, clean, modern, well furnished, private. Parking was safe and in an enclosed area. Pool was refreshing after a day at the beach or visiting Aruba. Close to many popular beaches like Eagle beach, Palm Beach. We rented a car and went everywhere. Close to SuperFood Plaza if you want to shop and cook some of your own meals. It feels like you live here. Property is very well maintained. All the amenities you need, laundry, kitchen,……

“The property is in a prime spot with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is excellent and the staff on the beach could not be any more pleasant. Arturo was amazing, always wanting to find us the perfect spot. I will say, if you are older and past the party stage, avoid the Sea Tower… Mumba next door parties until 2am. The hotel moved us quickly and apologized for the inconvenience. All of the employees were so kind and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. ”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“This is an excellent place to stay in Aruba. Its very close to the beach. The property is very clean inside and out. The rooms are very spacious. Three spacious rooms with 3 1/2 bathrooms. You really cant beat that. Comes with washer, dryer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and two balconies. Includes 4 beach chairs and beach towels. I will stay here every time I come back to Aruba. The property is very close to shops and dining. Wish I could give this place place 10 stars. I highly recommend it!!!”

“Would definitely revisit! The birds are a problem when it comes to eating outside. The pool is beautifully maintained which is why it surprises me that they do not pay as much attention to deck and lounge chairs. We had to wipe bird dropping off of every lounge chairs we sat in. ”
