「Ehrlich gesagt hat es schon schlecht angefangen. Total unorganisiert. Vor Ort wird mehr Geld verlangt als ausgeschrieben. Der Service von Bellvilla ist eine Katastrophe. Ich war über 20 Minuten lang am Telefon, um dann am Ende zu erfahren, dass ich ne Mail schreiben soll. Lächerlich! Wenn man reißt, sollte man dem Reiseanbieter vertrauen können.」

「This hotel is a very new build. Family owned. Everything was new and clean, the rooms are very spacious with a very spacious bathroom to go with it. 「Wir haben die Unterkunft über's Wochenende gebucht um den Walibi Park zu besuchen. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, man hat alles was man braucht vor Ort. Etwas vermisst haben wir einen Backofen und eine Spülmaschine, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Die Senseo Maschine lief bei uns nicht wie gewollt, nach kurzer eMail wurde sie direkt ausgetauscht-perfekt.Den TV haben wir nicht zum laufen bekommen,dass kann aber auch "menschliches Versagen" gewesen sein :-) und war uns letzlich auch nicht...
