「We have 4 person booked a house have one double bed with ensuit in ground floor, other room in third floor for twin bed, there have big kitchen and nice dining room with balcony, and with garage,there is very clean and new, very nice! the swimming pool is real good, we stay two nights, price is good to get that house, only the wifi can't use till check out, that is really bad, othewise everything is good.」

To the champagne on arrival, the outstanding room & pool then to top it off, cause it was my 50th the room had chocolates, card, gifts & spa treatments for me & my guest as a generous gift. 「This is a large resort that doesn’t seem to be large… well laid out and good sense of space and privacy. We particularly like the layout of our room and location overlooking Hastings Street. Jack at the front desk was particularly friendly and helpful, enhancing our overall experience 😊」

「when we arrived at the hotel it had heavy rain, outside of eleverator or builiding floor were all very wet, we had to be walk very slowly to avoid falling down. We tried to have BBQ at swimmin pool, it was clean, but the light was not working well. The shower curtain was not possible to stop shower water to flood on shower room floow, due to poor design. The worst thing was our room carpet was very wet on second day morning, due to last night's rain. We can only say it was not a good...

「The toilet roll is not in full but only half which is unexpected. No body wash provided. The facial tissue is in the box fixed in the toilet and not movable. No blanket on the bed.」
