“An enthusiastic 5 stars, from a non-Haitian USA traveler who visited the area in early 2026. I enjoyed a 4-day, 3-night stay at this beautiful and wonderfully atmospheric hotel. The hotel sprawls over a large area, with magnificent lush greenery to create a tranquil oasis in the heart of town. The buildings/grounds are meticulously kept, and if you venture out of your room early enough, you'll see the on-site staff raking up every leaf that has fallen overnight. The pool is super-clean. “It is like the place does not exist at all. my group and I were stranded in Cap Haitien whith no where to go the owner did not give the address and was no where to be found by phone or otherwise. This place should taking off this platform.”
