Zentrale Lage zum Strand und StÀdtchen, trotzdem ruhig!

Die Wohnung macht einen sehr guten und geschmackvollen Eindruck! Die Badezimmer sowie alle anderen RĂ€ume sehr sauber! Die KĂŒche gut ausgestattet! Allerdings waren zwei Doppelzimmer sehr gut ausgestattet mit Schrank, Kommode und Nachttiscchen.Das eine Doppelzimmer hatte zwar einen Kleiderschrank,aber keine Ablagemöglichkeiten.Das andere Zimmer mit 2 Betten hatte weder Ablagemöglichkeiten noch einen Schrank , eine Steckdose war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden!FĂŒr eine Gruppe von 8 Personen nicht gerade gut gelöst!Trotzdem haben wir uns arrangiert und das Wohn- und Esszimmer sehr großzĂŒgig, was wir sehr genossen haben!Allerdings war die Terrasse durch einen Flechtzaun, der wohl umgestĂŒrzt war, nicht so attraktiv!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einigen Macken.

Die Wohnung war insgesamt prima, auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Check-In und -Out unproblematisch. Allerdings schleifen 1 BadezimmertĂŒr und 1 SchlafzimmertĂŒr so sehr ĂŒber den Boden, dass dadurch alle anderen wach werden. Zudem war die Glaskaraffe der Kaffeemaschine gebrochen, was jeder bei einer Reinigung der KĂŒche hĂ€tte erkennen können. Mussten daher selber fĂŒr Ersatz sorgen, vom Vermieter keine Entschuldigung oder eigenes Engagement. Kosten fĂŒr Ersatz will der Vermieter noch erstatten. Insgesamt trĂŒben diese MĂ€ngel den Gesamteindruck der doch sehr teuren Wohnung etwas. Schade.

-TĂŒr von einem Schlafzimmer und einem Bad waren nicht vollstĂ€ndig zu öffnen/ verkanten - sowohl HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche (Flecken) sowie Badezimmer Fliesen waren schmutzig (Haare/Urin/Kot) - Schubladen in einem Schlafzimmer ließen sich nicht schließen. - Sky ist in der Anzeige beworben worden, war aber in der Wohnung nicht zu empfangen + Wohnung gerĂ€umig + Terrasse sonnig + Lage ruhig aber zentral + Waschmaschine und Trockner zur freien VerfĂŒgung

Leider kein Besen im Abstellraum.

Eigendlich ist die Wohnung sehr gut eingerichtet. Was uns fehlte war ein 4tes Schlafzimmer ohne Hochbetten da wir fĂŒr 8 Erwachsene Personen gebucht haben. Es war das 4te Zimmer fĂŒr kinder mit Hochmatratzen ausgestattet und wir sind im alter 60 + . Und wir hĂ€tten gen den Boden gefegt aber es war kein Besen vorhanden. Dann ist von einem Sessel die Rolle abgewessen das hĂ€tte man der Verwaltung durch das Renigungspersonal melden mĂŒssen. Gruß von Ihren GĂ€sten .

Hallo, Wohnung war noch nicht sauber als wir kamen. Somit konnten wir erst 1,5 std spĂ€ter einziehen. Die Dusche und Waschbecken laufen nicht vernĂŒnftig ab. Des Weiteren einige defekte Dinge in der Wohnung. Standort perfekt. An sich eine tolle Wohnung, wenn die kleinen Dinge abgestellt werden. 8 von 10 Sternen.

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung

Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist super. Alles da was man braucht. Auf der großen Terrasse haben wir uns das GlĂ€schen Sekt schmecken lassen. Ein Minuspunkt waren allerdings die viel zu weichen Matratzen und die warme Zudecke. Auch mĂŒsste der wackelige Toilettendeckel und der defekte Kosmetikeimer ausgetauscht werden. Wir wĂŒrden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schöne und zentralgelegene Unterkunft, kleine Tipps zur Optimierung

Unterkunft grundsĂ€tzlich top. Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Aber wir haben kleine Verbesserungstipps. Ein regelmĂ€ĂŸiger Check, ob alle GerĂ€te und das Inventar funktioniert oder repariert/ersetzt werden muss, sollte selbstverstĂ€ndlich sein. Beispiele: Kaffeemaschine(n) defekt, Toilettensitz und Handtuchstange wackelig, am Waschbeckenunterschrank blĂ€ttert der Kantenumleimer ab, etc..... Der Boden sollte öfter gewischt werden. OberflĂ€chlich sauber, aber beim Laufen mit weißen Socken wurde schnell deutlich, dass der Boden nicht gewischt worden war. Tipps bitte als konstruktive Kritik verstehen!!! Beste GrĂŒĂŸe
