I saw burned bed cover and some odor not sure what. No bed side lamp, the light bulb is white not designed for bed. The room was painted in a very uncozy color combination (looks like a warehouse). The reception was closed from inside i had to wait in cold weather outside to checkin, a homeless person asked me for money while I was waiting outside. Rough neighborhood! Worst experience !

The place is nothing like the picture. I called the property and told all rooms has bathtub with jets and when I checked In it was a standard size tub with rust stains the microwave was rusty inside the refrigerator was dirty the blanket has cigarette wholes and bugs OMG … They moved me to another room that had roaches…I stayed Up all night and checked out the next morning front desk was rude if I could Post the pictures I woulf

Nasty Hotel, Nasty Service,
I will never stay there again. They demanded a $150.00 deposit, and we paid it. We just went to bed and that was it. The next morning, they refused to give me my deposit. They said the room was nasty. All we did was go to sleep, so if the room was nasty, then that is the way it was when we got there. I cannot even walk since my spine surgery so there is not much that I can do. My brother and his wife take care of me, so they were there with me. We all just went to bed.

I loved my stay
I traveled to this hotel from richmond two weekends in a row and I stayed here with my boyfriend...Management was super polite, and they were eager to help when needing assistance...I overslept this morning and forgot to set my alarm and the management gave.me some extra time to get ready...I also found it. Cheaper to book online but taxes was an extra $10 when I got there it was a minor inconvience

Best sleep ever!
The rooms were clean and the best were very very soft and comfortable that probably was the best part of the stay the bed and pillows! I was a little disappointed that there wasnt breakfast or coffee like it says online but overall it was a good stay
