As soon as we arrived in the house there were cockroaches and bugs on the floor of the kitchen. Property manager never got ahold of us until we had already acquired a hotel room as we refuse to stay in an unhealthy environment or possibly take bugs home with us. As of this point they are saying we arenot recieving a refund. We replied to an email they sent with pictures and explained everything. Also dtated they offered a upgrade on them which they did but was after we had already acquired stay because we could get no answer. Very dissapointed with this whole process
