Lovely 3 bedroom home close to the beach
Location was great - loved that it was close enough to the bridge but away from the noise of the main strip. The split level bedrooms are great for elders.

Fabulous house
We had a very nice visit. House is well furnished and was clean. Location was ideal for walking to the beach (15 minutes). The kitchen could have been better equipped. We needed a larger pot for a pasta dinner for 7. All in allan wonderful house.

VA beach stay
Enjoyed location and house. Master suite is spacious and the jet tub was relaxing. The mattress in the second BR was a bit uncomfortable, could use an upgrade. I rated cleanliness a 4 due to the freezer not cleaned although fridge was, and at least 3-4 piles of old dog poop in yard. I know this is really the irresponsible client but I did clean it myself. Otherwise fenced yard was great for my pup.

Great VB location
The house was spacious especially with the sizable bedroom on the 2nd floor. the house was clean, and we loved the neighborhood - not only walkable to the VB oceanfront and boardwalk, but the ViBE neighborhood. We walked to coffee shops, a farmers market, and dinner. Having a fenced in yard and detached garage to easily house our extended length SUV was a plus. Thank you!

Family Vacation for Dance Nationals
The overall stay was GREAT! We really enjoyed the home and the location was perfect! We brought out small, 14 pound dog with hopes it would have a yard to run around in, but it wasn't as large as we wished it would have been but she did just fine. When we got there, the backyard grass was so long our dog got lost in it. We reached out to let the owner know and she had someone out there the next day to cut it. We appreciated that so much. If we could have anything improved, we would have loved the garage to have been blown of all the spider webs that were all over it and the door. We were in and out of there as we had bikes with us and bought boogie-boards for our teenage kids to use daily. That would be the other thing I would ask to be improved upon; maybe have some type of beach equipment especially an umbrella of some sort available or chairs for those families that don't have any of that. We traveled to the beach daily and it got quite hot. I understand some people don't take care of those things so maybe work that into a security deposit fee or if they break it; they go out and replace it. We could have really used those items. Other than that, the house had everything we needed for a perfect stay and would stay there again if we headed back there!
