「The first gentleman at reception when I arrived, who was Spanish, was very helpful, polite, and welcoming. The driver David, who was also Spanish, was very nice as well.
Some of the other staff at reception were a little rude, which was disappointing. The breakfast was okay, but it could definitely be better. It felt a bit cheap, but overall it was acceptable.
One issue was that there was not enough soap provided. The soap was very small and seemed low quality, and it was not enough for the...
