"We had a four night stay in Norrköping for a music festival and the Hotel President was nicely located between the station and the festival venue. On arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming and all the members of staff we encountered during our stay were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely with plenty of space, a separate sitting area with a sofa, wardrobe, large flat screen tv, extra towels and pillows in the wardrobe, a desk and chair and a good size, comfortable bed. The windows were large, making the room light and airy. Breakfast featured a good selection of hot and cold food and drink and, although my partner and I have very different views on what constitutes a good breakfast, we both ate extremely well."

"I've stayed in some filthy hotels, unfortunately, but this one was the absolute worst. There was urine on the toilet seat, when we checked in. I mean, seriously? The sheets were gray and wrinkled, like they'd never been changed. There was standing water in the sink. ridiculous."

"I stayed here 21 years ago and was glad to see with new owners it is still a lovely, quaint place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom remodeled. Wood floors and the classic style is so much nicer than a standard hotel. The breakfast was very good and the location is close to shopping. I will stay again when we visit Norrkoping. "
