North Alabama Family Hotel

"I was originally with a group rate and wanted to extend 1 day. Was not granted to do so. Booked a new room at my travel agent rate and asked to check in early since my party was leaving early morning. Again, was not able to do so. "

"Was very relaxing. Pool needs updated. Bathroom not as clean as I like. Did not get trash out or replace towels and face clothes. Had to go to front desk tgat evening for fresh towels and face clothes. "
