「This is a quiet, charming, and well maintained, historic B&B, that provided a quaint New England experience. Excellent communication on the front end for check in procedures and adequate parking despite being a late arrival we're a huge plus! The breakfast was freshly prepared and quite delicious, served in a beautiful day room setting! I know the Innkeeper was busy, but it would be nice for her to spend a little time getting to know her guests and be a little less matter of fact.」

「Avoid this place .
I arrived after 11pm (for a $650 - 2 night stay) walked into the assigned room and found an unmade bed with dirty covers on the couch/floor (to be put back on the bed ??Gross !!)
I waited in the hallway while they tried to find a clean room (no manager on site) , was told I would have to switch to a new room in the morning and to top it all off the temporary room also had dirty bedding :(
They woke me up 6hrs. later to switch rooms. NO APPOLOGIES , just a wake up call...

「Nice place to live (self catering type) but a slop hill of about 25m to walk through if on foot. With 7 day pass, it is easy to travel to Boston city about 40mins. Nearby, get restaurants and 7-11. It is a good place (cost effective) to stay for my Boston marathon and walk around Boston. 」

「Unique stay in a very cool old house. I am a 6ft tall woman though and didn’t realize the ceiling height in our room would be approximately 5’11” so I did have to walk like a shrimp haha. We also had difficulty with the electric lock on the front door every single time we tried to get in. We felt as if maybe the battery was dying in it. Called the number on the app and left a voicemail when we were locked out for a while last night and never heard back, like at all. Not even today. Would...
