This fully private, charming, modern oasis features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a single car garage. The interior of the house is fully furnished with all the necessities for an exceptional stay. Each room features 60" smart TVs, natural lighting, and ample spacing to accommodate for all your needs. On the top level, you'll find the Master's Suite that has its own private bath that boast's its own private his and hers sinks and walk in shower! There is also a spacious walk-in closet for you to enjoy! You can find a beautifully landscaped yard with an oversized porch, fire pit to use at your pleasure, and pool table to make you feel right at home. Community is quiet and safe! This property is nestled within the heart of North Augusta and conveniently located near the popular NA Greeneway, SRP Park, The Medical District & I-20.

Included is a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use!
