This beautiful waterfront cottage oasis is the perfect getaway. Whether your in the mood for relaxing on your private beach, enjoying water sports, or just sitting in the back yard watching the sunset, this vacation property has everything you need and more!


A very rare sandy beach with shallow water is great for kids of all ages. This amazing cottage retreat is located directly on the waterfront, less than 30 feet from the waters edge.

Winter activities are beyond amazing. Tons of snow mobile trails as well as great ice fishing. Snow mobile trail access is from our property. Route runs right across lake in front of our cottage!

This waterfront cottage is located within walking distance to all amenities. From cafes, restaurants and entertainment.

Beachfront property on Lake Nipissing
Outstanding location. Beachfront property. Perfect sandy beach. You can walk out hundreds of meters on beautiful soft sand. Water was very clear and clean. Quiet location. Great for family group. Overall, suited our needs for 6 people and able to have other family over to visit during the day. Has almost everything you need. The house is very spacious but it does show its age. A few suggestions for making it a perfect stay: Could provide more outdoor seating and towels. They need a few new frying pans, and more dishes and cutlery. No AC but good ventilation except the front room. Could use new blinds in the bedrooms. No access to laundry machine and dryer is a big negative. Finally, having to take our recycling and garbage to city depot ourselves at other end of town on departure day is ridiculous. But overall, good experience.

Great backyard beach!
Although the cottage is in North Bay, when you are sitting on the beach in the back yard you would never know it! The beach is very sandy and the lake is sandy and shallow making it ideal for children. The cottage is roomy, comfortable and well equipped if wishing to eat in. We had a hot weather and cottage is not air conditioned so it felt like summer at a cottage! Our family enjoyed a great week here!

Superbe séjour !
Malheureusement après avoir acheté un fire pit et du bois pour faire un feu sur la plage (tel qu’autorisé par le proprio) un voisin nous a informé qu’un permis était obligatoire. Le proprio n’a pas voulu obtenir ce permis en raison de ses assurances. Il aurait été apprécié d’avoir cette info avant cet achat de 50$.
