“James was very friendly when we checked in. The beds and rooms were comfortable and clean. It was quiet, away from the lights and sounds of downtown nightlife. We were close to restaurants, Biltmore, interstate, and shopping. The hot tub was roped off to not use, which was a bummer for the young adults in our group. They did enjoy the waffle maker for breakfast though. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Loved our stay. Kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. Outdoor bar and restaurant was my fav!”

“During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.”

“My sisters room wasn’t as clean as mine, she still had a used towel hanging in the bathroom and she didn’t have an ice bucket, just a lid. I didn’t have warm shower water.”

“The hotel lobby and common areas were being renovated which was extremely low class . Very disappointing.! I Wouldn't consider staying with them again.”
