"Staff were welcoming and most helpful. Shuttle from and to the airport was a bit chaotic, but worked. Room was wanting, desk light did not work, 3 hangers only, carpet/baseboard pulled away from walls in several places. Thought we could use couch for sleeping space, but no bedding provided. "

"Waited 40 minutes for shuttle from airport to hotel (had to call twice). Only one elevator was working. Coffee in lobby was warm and probably not fresh. Property is not convenient walking for food, we opted for food from their little store. Bed was comfortable and shuttle to airport was on time "

"Staff was ok. They do not run a shuttle all day. Room was gross. Walls were falling apart under window, shower had used bandages stuck to ceiling. Room only had 3 towels because of a shortage? Food delivery was left sitting out in lobby. Fire alarms were going off all day into the evening. They did not have a restaurant onsite like stated on the website. We arrived on Thursday and were scheduled to check out on Monday, we left on Friday. "

"Be forewarned that hotel is located in a not so safe area. Room had a body odor smell on the headboard. Shower had mold in corners. "

"A cute hotel with lovely staff. Nestled into areas around the Hilton. The shuttle is a bit odd in terms of hours. Double check with them. Very, very nice staff and a decent room"

"The property seemed run down and in need of some work. The room and bathroom were not very clean. The lobby is really nice. The pool was just fine. But having a clean bathroom and room is important and this property needs some work. It was fine for what I needed it for, a place to stay close to the airport for an early flight. I would not book it again. "
