The description of the neighborhood on the listing is misleading. While nothing happened to our group, multiple uber drivers made comments about the safety of the neighborhood. 「Dear SIr/Madam Unfortunately the property was not to the standard that we would expect for the price we paid. On arriving at the property we noted that the outside furniture was dirty, there are plants blocking the entrance to the stairs leading up to the apartment. The stairs and front door mat had not been swept and they were clustered with leaves. The outside sitting area was covered in leaves. Inside the tops of the curtains were full of dust, the floor was sticky and had not been cleaned....

「Stayed for 3 nights during Cooper Bridge run weekend. Location is convenient! Only one bedroom has a TV which was a downside for our group. Living room TV kept rebooting randomly which was annoying. No remote for living room TV that had volume adjustment. A couple of the toilets kept running and need servicing. We didn’t cook so can’t comment on kitchen. Overall we were happy with our stay.」
