The Best of Both Worlds!

The Green Granite Condominiums offer all of the comforts of a vacation rental and all of the amenities of the Green Granite Inn.

Located in a private 6 unit building on Wylie Court, you are just steps away from Settler’s Green Outlet Village and a short walking path brings you to the Green Granite Inn where you can enjoy all of the amenities the inn offers including breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center while being in your own space to enjoy your home away from home!

Our 2 bedroom unit offers a queen bedroom with an attached half bath, full bath and 2 twin bedroom, living room with a pull out sofa featuring a memory foam mattress, full kitchen/dining area and balcony. Our units can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and we are pet friendly!

We’ve thought of everything with a kitchen that includes a full refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig as well as all of the pots, pans, dishes and utensils needed to cook your favorite meals.

Wylie Court is located in an ideal location with shopping right outside your door including the outlets, L.L. Bean, Eastern Mountain Sports, Hannaford Grocery store, a movie theater, Mystery NH escape rooms, several restaurants within walking distance including Barley and Salt, Black Cap Grill, Jalisco’s, Applebee’s, Merlinos and so many more. Minutes from Saco River and Swift River, Conway, Chocorua and Echo Lake, White Mountain National Forest, Fryeburg Fair Grounds and so much more! Hiking, biking, tubing, sightseeing, the possibilities are endless!

If that is not enough, we are Just minutes from downtown North Conway full of boutique shops, restaurants, Conway Scenic Railroad. Less than 2 miles to Cranmore Mountain, our premier ski area featuring down hill skiing, tubing and the amazing mountain coaster and only a short drive to Storyland and the anticipated opening of their Aquarium!

SCAM! Don’t book this!

BEWARE! THIS LISTING IS A SCAM! I booked this place several weeks in advance and apparently didn’t read enough reviews. Drove 4 hours to NH with 2 small children to stay for a weekend and go to storyland etc and discovered we never received check in or entry information for the unit. So I kept trying to call, text and email the property owner, nothing. They completely ghosted me. Then had to spend literally hours on the phone with VRBO, and they weren’t even able to refund me, had to book a last minute hotel outside of VRBO for way more money. Avoid this at all costs! We ended up at the Cathedral Ledge Resort which is nearby here and I highly recommend that if you’re looking for a family friendly place in this area.

Great area but unfortunately the property was poorly kept and overpriced. Too many little things broken, not clean in many areas. We were told place was recently renovated but many things were falling apart. We were disappointed in the quality of property for price we paid. Better luck next time i guess

We really loved the condo itself! It was clean and cozy! Sadly our 4pm check in was delayed to 5:30pm because they were still cleaning the unit! The young man at the desk told me he would call me when the condo was ready, but never did. I only found out because I went back in due to restless children who wanted to relax. When I went back in he told that the condo has been ready! I wasn't too thrilled with that! We loved the indoor pool and the hot tub (rained most of the time we were there so we did not get to use the outdoor pool)! The next morning we went to have breakfast inside the inn and was terribly disappointed. They told us the only hot breakfast they had was cheese omelettes, but there was cereal and coffee. The omelettes were hard and there was no milk for the cereal! We still ate everything but ended up going shopping for our own breakfast foods for the next 2 mornings we were there! I fully understand the service/vacation industry is taking a major hit right now with staff shortages everywhere so we didn't let it ruin our vacation! I would totally rent this condo again for another family vacation!

This was a great option for my family with young children. We were able to out younger kids to bed forst with the extra bedroom. It was nice to have a second half bath. The walk to the pool was quick and the kids loved having an indoor and outdoor pool. They only thing I didn't like is actually minor in the big picture, but the lighting was very dim. It would be good if there was more overhead lighting. Also, due to covid, there had been many staff who left, and now they are short staffed. This resulted in waiting more than hour to check into pur room. (They hadn't cleaned it yet). I absolutely understand the circumstances, but it was challenging with a 2 year old!

We were told the front desk can handle everything. The lady at the front desk, although very nice and truly apologetic - did not know how to get from the inn to the condo. Took us 20 minutes to find. Property not very clean. We got the condo because it said there was one room with two twin beds, and one with a queen. Instead there was a queen bed in both rooms - which really screwed things up. Tried to contact the property manager through VRBO and phone and couldn’t reach her. Again, front desk couldn’t help us. Condo EXTREMELY dark. Location was great - close to everything - and size of condo was good for a family of 5.

Picture shown is not the condo. First floor condo was like a cave, very dark. It said 2 twins & queen but had 2 queens. My son slept on the couch. Trash on the grounds around the building, kitchen faucet loose, front curtains wouldn't close, bederoom door knob falling off, no heat, spider webs everywhere, broken window, dishwasher door broken, giant hole in the wall between sink & closet with a rodent trap, NOT safe for pets, vent in the bathroom falling down, towel racks in both bathrooms are loose and may fall down, and only 1 small frying pan. Unfortunately we had to stay 1 night but left first thing the next morning.

Affordable family accommodations

Aside from the unit needing more lighting, it was a perfectly fine place to stay for a weekend in North Conway. We got to bring our small dog, which was great too. We'd stay here again.

Great location and size

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo is a great size for a family and pet friendly which is a plus. Along with that, the location is great! Close to downtown North Conway and all of the shops. Our check in process was a little confusing as the person working the front desk at the Granite Inn had no idea how to get to the condo so we were lost for a bit. Despite that, the staff we interacted with was extremely friendly. Overall the unit could definitely use better lighting and a few upgrades. Kitchen cookware was pretty bare bones so if you want to do a lot of cooking come prepared.

Dirty! We found a sock from previous renters. The only shower has rust on the tub. The main queen bed, so uncomfortable, it has 3 layers of mattress protector that are big and wrinkle so badly every time you turn, plus make you hot and sweaty. The place was freezing when we arrived. The hit not easy to adjust, it has a mind of his own. I have photos of all. I need the manager email to forward.

Honestly, location was great. Condition of the property could have been soooo much better! Although the bathrooms looked updated-the lighting inside was absolutely horrible- in every room- very dim. There were 2 broken lamps that didn't light, the tv we couldn't get to work twice. Every window was filthy, shades were broken and spiderwebs between panes. The tracks on the sliding doors were filthy and needed cleaning. There were either drain flies or fruit flies all over the place and we had no fruit around. The only good thing was the location. I would suggest a complete overhaul of the property lighting, and get rid of those overgrown and unsightly shrubs for a cleaner look. The little details would make a huge difference, there's more I could list but won't.

Steps from Shopping outlets

Check in was a breeze. Location of condo is great, you are steps away from shopping outlets and restaurants. First floor condo. Could use a deep cleaning. I had to clean the A/C filters, they were full of dust. The bathroom vents are clogged with dust as well. Blinds in 2nd bathroom are broken. Also it’s very dark. Definitely needs better lighting in the unit.

Location was excellent. A stones throw away from the grocery store and Outlets. Plenty of room for a family, loved that it had 2 bathrooms. Although we didn’t use the amenities which we had access to, having condo space with hotel amenities was a perk.

Great Location to Outlets but not well maintained

The frount desk staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. I had to ask 3 different times to have our TV looked at. The first night we did not have a TV in the livingroom. which meant the four of us had to sit on a queen size bed to watch TV ( the teenagers loved that... not) The condo was clean but not maintained. Windows were broken so we could not open them. The curtains in the livingroom and kitchen area were broken and did not move easily on the track. The door stopper behind the front door was pushed into the wall. I understand that Covid has changed many things but it would have been nice to have been told beforehand that breakfast was not being served so we could have planned accordingly before our arrival. I am not typically a picky person so for me to report these things is a big deal. The condo was not horrible. I just wish it was maintained better. I wou. .

It's located within a waling distance to the outlet mall, close to many eateries and shops. 8 min drive to Cranmore ski resort. Most important: the property did not match the description. We booked 2 twin + 1 Queen. We got 1 full + 1 queen. If that was what we needed, we would have booked that. It caused a considerable inconvenience to us. Room condition: thermostat in the living room doesn't do anything, heat is overwhelming, had to sleep with a window open. The only mirror in one of the bedrooms is blocked by a TV. Bedroom windows are sealed and do not open. Yes, we made it through our stay, enjoyed skiing, but we were really looking forward to going home by the end. Not likely to book again from HomeAway.
