"Location and price were great. Owners were attentive. Some who are used to new hotels in suburbia might find the rooms dated but not unusual for non- chain rooms in FL. For example, no central air, older window AC, no soap dishes in bathroom, etc. I'm fine with old school and the Wi-Fi works great and a full kitchenette and beach chairs! Two blocks to the beach and all the restaurants and bars for a great price what more child you ask for "

"Perfect place to just get away for the weekend. Room was clean and spacious. Not luxurious but had everything we needed. Including a kitchen with all necessary kitchen gadgets to cook if you wanted to stay in. The pool area is very nice with really pretty lights at nights around the property. Front desk was very friendly. We would definitely come back. "

"Great location, cozy out door atmosphere. Out door furniture could use an upgrade, as well as bbq was very small. House keeping did not come in to do light clean towel bedding change unless requested. Overall good value for your money. Renee was very accommodating. "

"We arrived early, no problem we have a room you can have and you can stay until 230, no extra charge. Pool fantastic. Rooms outdated but clean. Very friendly staff. I haven't been handed a actual key in a long long time lol "
