This stunning 3-bedroom holiday unit is nestled directly across from the tranquil waters of the Camden Haven river. Positioned straight across from the boat ramp, above amazing cafes and restaurants and just a short 350m walk from the local bowling club, this picturesque retreat blends coastal charm, modern comfort and urban living perfectly.

Step inside to discover a light-filled living space adorned with tasteful coastal décor. Large windows frame panoramic views of the sparkling water, creating seamless connection between indoors and out. The living area opens directly to the large balcony giving you even more of that coastal feel and space to enjoy with family and friends. Soak up the sun, dine alfresco or unwind with a refreshing drink as you watch boats drift by.

The large walk through kitchen is a great space to prepare delicious meals with ease. Whether you’re cooking up freshly caught seafood or enjoying a leisurely breakfast before a day on the water your sure to find the experience enjoyable. Adjacent to the kitchen, a dining area invites you to gather for memorable meals with loved ones, offering beautiful ocean views to enhance your dining experience.

Perfect location, very tidy and spacious unit, definitely suited our family of 5. Hot water needs to be a bit warmer, after playing bowls all day in the cold wind, a warmer shower would have been appreciated.
