Location, location, location! Perfectly located in the heart of Cherry Grove, close to all the action. This house is so well appointed that you will never want to leave. Two game rooms, pool, hot tub and a living room on every floor. What more could you ask for!

Beautiful online, But not pleásed

Our stay started with a broken AC unit for the top floor of the house. When I contacted Elliott Rentals, I left a message and heard nothing from them. I then called again and spoke with Kyle that was very pleasant. He sent someone over, the guy walked in looked at the thermostat, and said, "yelp, it's not working." I told them that to start with. Finally after leaving message after message a young man shows up to deal with the AC. About 2 hours later he had it running. We reported the place was full of ants, yet nothing was done. We purchased 2 large cans of Raid and sprayed the house ourselves. Bathroom on 3rd floor were not properly cleaned, there was hair all over the rooms . We had no dishcloths, Went to Walmart and purchased on our own. The inside handrail going from 2 nd floor deck to pool area is seriously ready to fall off. There is no room to put food after grocery shopping. Several lights burnt out, we purchased bulbs, outside party lights do not work, build broken in socket. Nasty stained comforter left on bed on 3rd floor, dirty dishes left on coffee stands floors 3 and 4. Dirty dishes placed in cabinets. We washed all the dishes and silverware. No working toaster, ice maker only makes 25 ice cubes over night, garbage disposal has a nasty sponge in it, main floor living area sofa was filthy with food smeared on it, only repair was completed on air conditioner, no one ever contacted us, closet door was off track and leaning against the wall on 4th floor,
Roofing nails found in Roofing nails indriveway and parking area. We found over 25 of them after a flat tire.
Floor in front of 3 Rd floor refrigerator same on 4th floor as well. Next picture is the thermostat on Sunday morning after not being able to cool the upstairs.
