Great place! Great location. Stayed here with some golf buddies for a golf event in town. Beach view is awesome! Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Well maintained with tile floors throughout. Thanks for a great trip! See you next year!

Have stayed here each February (Our annual "Up North" snow break) for the last seven...

Have stayed here each February (Our annual "Up North" snow break) for the last seven years. In that time the unit has changed hands for the better! The new owners have put money each year into improvements. This past year it was new furniture throughout(unfortunately, the 2nd 3 cushion sofa was replaced with a loveseat) and a new W/D. Hope they do the stove and fridge next (they work but are old and worn). The unit's beds are comfortable for a beach rental and the condo's 2nd-floor location gives a good beach view while letting one enjoy the sound of the ocean waves. We will continue to book for each February as long as the unit is available at a reasonable cost. This is our third year with the new owners, and we wish them all of the best with their ownership. Thank You for sharing your place with us! Regarding Elliott's response to maintenance issues as they arise, the folks in the Windy Hill office and the responding repair folks have been 1st rate!
