The house is in a good location. But when we checking in the house has pop tart wrappers on floor and could tell it wasn't cleaned good.In July heat the ac unit couldn’t keep up and would get up to 80 degrees in the house.

The A/C needs to be addressed. The only time it got below 75 degrees was in the evenings with all fans on high and the box fans from the closets plugged in as well. the Main door needs some work. Very difficult to operate. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Fridge has very limited ice capacity, could only get enough ice for two cups at a time.
