Welcome to Tilghman Cottages! Enjoy a spacious, open floor plan, for everyone to share in making the best beach memories but still enough private spaces to retreat when it's time to chill out. The townhouse has high vaulted ceilings, walls of bright windows, and all smart TV's. Your family's chef will be included in the fun from the well-stocked kitchen, also open to the entire family room. There's a large traditional dining table for 6 and breakfast bar w/ 3 stools for a quick morning bowl of cereal. Spread out across the huge seating area, with multiple couches for game night or movie time. Homecooked family meals will taste better on the charcoal grill included. Relax on the screened porch after sundown and wait for the sounds of nature to sing out from the marsh.
The townhouse has enough bedrooms to sleep 8 comfortably. There are 4 bedrooms total with 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs layout. There are 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom (Queen) upstairs has a large walk-in glass shower ensuite. The guest room (Queen) upstairs shares the main hall bath with tub/shower combo. Downstairs are two more bedrooms -- One guest room is bunk beds (Twin top/Full bottom) and in the other bedroom is a full. These 2 lower bedrooms share the hallway full bathroom (tub/shower combo). The laundry room are also located just off the lower bathroom so an easy place to drop off the wet suits and towels. Your reservation includes bed and bath linens with a "starter kit" of paper products, too.
Bring your binoculars to take in the wonderful grounds of Tilghman Cottage. The upstairs screened porch overlooks the natural pond preserve filled with wildlife. There is a great community pool just a sidwalk stroll around the community. The downstairs patio offers a shaded place to grill out- charcoal grill included. Private parking within your own 2-car garage (plus room for 2 more cars) to enter the home from the lower level. There's storage and beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys, etc. to enjoy your days on the beautiful sandy shores of North Myrtle Beach. A few blocks walk to the beach or the best attractions of Main Street in North Myrtle Beach, from restaurants and shops, to nightlife and the local city park for tennis or kids' playgrounds will have everyone happy! Fo all of the essentials, Wal-Mart is a block away, too.
