Enjoy this golfer's dream in the 10x10 covered and screened patio with seating as well as an additional uncovered patio with lounge chairs, both overlooking the driving range and practice facility. The home's second level has a large primary suite with king bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and smart TV. Also on the second level are two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The expansive third level boasts another large suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, smart TV, games, and an alcove with a cozy reading area and desk. Each themed bedroom has sturdy custom locally made furniture, and CertiPUR-US Certified Made in USA memory foam mattresses. The driveway has ample space for four vehicles, and feel free to use the one-car garage for your golf and beach gear, and even a golf cart rental!

We are conveniently located near the clubhouse, and also just steps away from the Putter's Pub bar and grill. Practice facilities at the driving range include a putting green and chipping green.
