STEPS TO THE BEACH, HUGE POOL, UPDATED, SPACIOUS, GREAT VIEWS, AND PET FRIENDLY!

This large unit (named Bikini Bottom) is 1600 sq ft and boasts four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms is located in the very popular Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. Bikini Bottom is its own private unit on the second floor of Bikini Cove. Bikini Cove is a duplex-the lower (Bikini Bottom) and upper (Bikini Top) are the two units that are rented out to guests.
There is a king-sized bed in the master with a private bath, two full size beds in both the second and third bedrooms with Jack and Jill bath, and one queen bed in the fourth bedroom with private bathroom. There is a 55" 4K flat screen tv in the living room and flat screen TVs in each bedroom (each come with a ROKU to access numerous apps along with cable through the Spectrum app), and wifi. There is plenty of space in the open floor plan kitchen/dining/living area, central air, private washer and dryer, storage area for fishing poles, beach accessories, and bikes, and hardwood floors throughout (no carpet).
Enjoy the spacious kitchen with the comforts of home that includes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and a Keurig, and granite countertops. Outside you have a large pool the whole family can enjoy with enough room to spread out and use the lounge chairs. Please note the pool is shared between this unit and Bikini Top. We have ample parking, charcoal grills to cook up some burgers or fish, and an outdoor shower to rinse all the sand off after a long day at the beach. When you want to relax there are rocking chairs and picnic table and on the large back deck to enjoy the sunrise while overlooking the large pool and canal.

If this unit isn’t big enough for the entire family, Bikini Bottom can also be rented with the upper similar unit (Bikini Top) for larger gatherings. This is perfect for families/friends that want to vacation together, but would like separate spaces. Please message us directly if you're interested in renting both units together.

This house is less than a block to beautiful Cherry Grove Beach and a 4 minute drive to Cherry Grove Pier. This house is also blocks from Heritage Shores Nature Preserve and Cherry Grove Boat Ramp. It’s perfect for fishing and also has walking paths and picnic areas. Also, close by you will find the shops, mini golf, ice cream and restaurants on Sea Mountain Highway.

Dog Friendly- Dogs accepted with $75 non refundable fee. Additional $50 fee for a second dog. Larger dogs are accepted on a case by case basis.

Guests must register the final guest count prior to arrival, Max capacity is 12, if more than 12 guests inadvertently stay at the property a $75 per person per night fee will be immediately applied.
The ice maker is inoperable and is not listed as an amenity.
Cancellations for unauthorized guests are at the discretion of the host
The pool is cleaned once a week during the colder months and twice a week beginning in April. Guests are responsible for skimming the pool daily if debris is in the pool. If guests want an additional cleaning they can ask for the request and will be responsible for the cost of the additional cleaning. Guests might see on site landscapers, pool cleaners and members of our maintenance team. Guests are responsible for the supplies and cleaning of the outdoor grills.

VRBO/House Rules and our Short-Term Rental Agreement will be given to review before booking.
