You will be blown away by this spacious, 4-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, apartment located at the highly sought-after complex of Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas in North Myrtle Beach, SC. This condo is perfect for a large family, or a large group who is looking to stay in the same apartment! This unit will comfortably accommodate a total of 10 guests!
Upon arrival, guests will enter through the oversized kitchen. The kitchen features an oversized dining table, as well as several dining chairs and bar stools. There is plentiful seating for everyone! Our guests will enjoy full sized stainless steel appliances, oversized counter space, and plenty of cabinetry stocked with all basic cookware and kitchen necessities. One of the main focal points of the kitchen is the oversized fridge / freezer. It's massive and perfect for all food and beverages to accommodate a family or group of 10 guests! The kitchen also features granite countertops. A small balcony is accessible from the kitchen area.
As you make your way through the condo, there are a total of 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom features its own closet, dresser, and full-size bathroom. The bedroom layouts and bed sizes are as follows:
Bedroom 1: One queen bed with a TV, and ensuite bathroom featuring a vanity, sink, and tub/shower combo
Bedroom 2: Two queen beds with a wall mounted TV, and ensuite bathroom featuring a vanity, sink, and tub/shower combo
Bedroom 3: One queen bed with a TV, and ensuite bathroom featuring a vanity, sink, and tub/shower combo
Bedroom 4: (Master) One king bed with a sliding barn door to enter the bathroom, double sinks, and a large tile shower.
All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. Centrally located in the apartment, there is a laundry / utility closet that features a full sized washer and dryer. There is also a half bathroom located in the hallway.
At the very front of the condo is where the living area is situated. This condo features two seperate living areas!!! Making this space the perfect space for a large family, offering ample seating for several guests. The living rooms are fully furnished and one offers a wet bar! Please note that the beverages shown in the photos are not included in the rental. Guests will have access to two large sofas, accent chairs, entertainment center, TV with cable, and access to the private balcony.
Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas is a small, ocean view complex located across the street from the ocean. The complex features a small outdoor pool and free parking. Guests love being able to walk across the street and access the beach without having to drive anywhere! We offer free wifi and cable TV in the living room. As mentioned previously, we also provide all towels and linens, and guests will arrive to freshly made beds and stocked bathrooms. The bathrooms will be stocked with 8 towels and 8 washcloths! Unlike other rentals in the area, there will be no charge for towels or linens.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! If desired, we can accommodate daily housekeeping or mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee. Just let us know what you need and we'll be happy to work with you!
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas does not allow boats or trailers. Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas is located approximately 25 minutes from Central Myrtle Beach, the Myrtle Beach International Airport and the famous Skywheel. There are so many dining and entertainment options close by including Duplin Winery, Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, and the Big M Casino boats!
Important Note: Parking is first come, first serve. Guests will be provided ONLY 2 parking passes for this unit. Guests will need to locate parking for any additional vehicles. The HOA does enforce towing, and we cannot provide extra parking passes per the HOA rules and regulations. Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas does NOT allow motorcycles, boats, or trailers.
