Beautiful Location top notch. nice house in need of major upgrades to furnishings and grills. Other then that couldn't ask for more.

The property was better than advertised. It was spacious and luxurious. We had only one complaint. They gave us all of the bed linen that we needed. The only issue was that none of it was labeled. I suggest that you label the linen with K,Q,D or T. It would help the vacationers identify what bed the linen went on. Other than that everything was SPECTACULAR and we plan on returning.

The property location is amazing. Access to everything in the NMB area was easy. The house needs some upgrades but all in all was very nice for our stay. The Appliances are aged. Both Refrigerators had issues with the freezers and the closing devices on the refrigerator doors were both in need of repair. The living room furniture was well past its days but for a group of youngsters it was all they needed. Please don't take the needed repairs as dissatisfaction with the place.. We really did enjoy ourselves and the house. Finally, understanding that the private owner always has access to the house, it would have been nice to know that their son was showing up in the middle of a day to look/inspect something. His unannounced visit and walking into the house without knocking or announcing his presence shook our house mother up a bit as she knew nothing of his visit or intentions when he came into the home. Imagine had someone been unclothed or in need of privacy.

The location is great, beautiful setting on the beach. The house is huge but could use some maintenance updating. many fixtures are broken, towel bars, toilet paper holders. The three grills are unusable, not clean. Had to wait two hours beyond check in time to get into the unit. Had to put sheets on the beds ourselves and toilet paper not supplied (Have rented many times in many places and always have one new role per bathroom.) The pool table is damaged, as is the air hockey. There is really a hodge lodge of kitchen supplies, but missing small glasses and teaspoons. No directions left for operating tvs, hot tub etc. the elevator was clumsy to use. We enjoyed our time with the family but were somewhat disappointed in the house considering the rental cost. We e
