Conveniently located, minutes away from the famous Warm Mineral Springs Park and Wellen Park area, this specious, recently renovated 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths home with a pool and fully equipped kitchen. This property offers you a grill to enjoy outdoor cooking and fun toys for your pool activities.

There is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, another bedroom with a queen bed. There is a kids bedroom with two tw1n size beds.
