Very clean and great location
Very clean and had all the necessary amenities. We were there for baseball spring training games and location was good, close to the ball park. Only negative is the parking situation…….there are no designated parking place/spots. This property appears to have multiple rental units and it’s just park where you can get out of the road. One night when we returned from dinner there was an RV in the parking area and other day we parked behind another SUV and got the horn honked at us multiple times early the next morning.

Great roomy comfy garage apartment
Great location and easy access to shopping in North port. Comfy with full kitchen with small stove and oven and full size fridge. Brank new smart TV Two queen beds. , laundry, bathroom, pull right up to your door in driveway. Nice and roomy. Love my stay and communication with prop mgr was very responsive. I did not want to leave. Highly recommend for cost and location and amenities.
