Check in and out was very easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. No one was ever at reception when we came in and out and little to no information was in the room. This is a very nice ski condo, with easy ski in/out at Jay Peak. Furnishings and appliances were good quality and in good working order, instructions and access were clear, and we had a great stay and great skiing at Jay Peak.
