North Wildwood Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We expected the beds to be made up and towels placed in the bathrooms. These items were in a bin and bag outside the condo. We had to clean the floors because the bottoms of our feet were dirty & black.

Great Family Vacation!

We had a great week at the Jersey Shore! The property is big and bright and has a great view of the ocean from the balacony where we had our morning coffee. Right across the street are 2 great bar/restaurants; The Inlet and Flip Flopz. The Inlet had live music every day/night which we could enjoy from our balcony. Also, they close off the street for about 3 nlocks and there are many other restaurants and bars with live music and ice cream shops. We went bike riding on the boardwalk every morning which is just a 10 minute ride away. We did spend time in the pool, however, it is not kid friendly. It is only open from 11am-6pm, kids under 16 cannot be in the pool without an adult and there are no pool toys allowed. Also, the pool is only 3 feet deep. It is more like a dipping pool than a swimming pool. But other than that we all had a great stay!

Not like the others

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Unit was nicely decorated, except for the furniture which was white and the covers dirty. The owner should have disclosed that they own a dog. Some people are highly allergic to dogs dander. The twin beds were too high and hard to sleep on so I had to put my disabled daughter and myself on the sleeper couch. When I first opened the sleeper there were crumbs under the cushions and the sheet was stained yellow which I removed and left in the laundry room. When we tried sitting on the front patio there were sand fleas or no serums. So it cost me about 60$ for large citronella cards and bugs sprays. This is our fifth time staying at the pointe and this did not live up to our expectations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was well equipped and lovely. 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, clean and comfortable.The view was spectacular- Ocean inlet, the popular bars and restaurants in walking distance and being able to hear the music and observe the view from the outdoor deck made it just perfect for our mixed age group!Then bonus pool area, gym and parking!
