「Missed a TV in our room but the lounge was across the hall and convenient - just not in my jammies.
The heat in our room was way out of whack! 75 degrees at one point and had to open both windows with winter conditions. Heard another couple had same experience.
Hot tub was nice - bit awkward to enter, but enjoyed.
Would have loved to experience the fireplace but who needed MORE heat!
All in all it was a great opportunity to experience The Stafford for our anniversary.」

「Was stuck in a blizzard and the staff was great trying to keep the kitchen open and everything running while they were dealing with limited staffing and weather challenges, which drove more than the average customers during this. Period.」

「The pool was enjoyable, but the hot tub was out of order. The pool area has a window to order from the bar.
Breakfast was very bare minimum.
There was no daily room cleaning.
The staff at the front desk was friendly.」
