“The room was immaculate! So clean and nice smelling. Beautifully designed and eye appealing. The bathroom……WOW! Was worth the money I spent on the room! The casino itself was so clean and beautiful! Enough food choices to pick from! The security lady for the rooms was nice, courteous and very helpful! I wasn’t disappointed :D”

“Overall it was an ok stay, why, because the beds were very lumpy and didn't offer much back support while sleeping. We found ourselves tossing and turning through out the night. The breakfast wasnt much to desire either. The pancake machine was down, the oatmeal looked as if it were saved over from the day before as it was dry and literally bottom bucket style looking. If breakfast opened at 0700 and we arrived at 0730 then how did it get to look and be the way it did? Normally the experience……

“We went for a family funeral. Front desk staff gave us the wrong keys (3) times. We walked into occupied rooms disturbing our fellow family members at 1:30am while there were sleeping due to this error. The toilet was also not functional. Front desk staff said we do not have maintenance and instead of helping us, gave us a plunger to fix our own toilet. Terrible hospitality and organization”
