「When we arrived the lady from the restaurant, tried to take money from us although we had already booked. The owner was in hospital and kept telling us room rates with meals etc over the phone via someone in the restaurant trying to help out with English.. Since we had booked and paid already, we felt like we were getting scammed.
We did manage to get a 100% refund, but folks need to be aware of this when booking here.
I am sure the apartment and meals are great, however the staff not being...
