Lovely place, could do a bit better with customer service

Location is great, very close to Tobermory. Overall RV was ok if a bit old. The day before our trip the manager told me the AC is broken and offer cancellation or discounted stay. Upon further discussion we agreed they will provide a couple of fans and discount. One fan was USB chargeable, basically ineffective. I called the caretaker, he said he will drop off another one at 9PM, but was a no show, after i followed up over text, the guy came to the RV at 11, scaring my friends just to tell us they don’t have an Extra fan! Not really happy with the experience
