Poor sense of reception services.

I have forgotten to take back my passport during checkin. On the next day of checkout I was super panic that I have lost my passport. I searched all my luggages and could not find it. At the end I realized the receiption has kept it. I am UNSURE why they did not return the passport to me to my room. ...

Is a charming property but is quite old, don’t expect luxury or even high comfort (to an American standard), but to be fair, is quiet good compared with other hotels in the area. Estadia em SPA

Excelente opcao custo beneficio em atacama. Apartamento a 10 minutos a andar da rua caracoles, com mercados e restaurantes perto. Ponto a melhorar é que é dificil regular a temperatura da agua quente no chuveiro. Boa comunicacão.
