It is probably a UK thing, since none of the other hotels we stayed at had washcloths either, just an FYI. Breakfast was good, tons of options. Overall decent place to stay. Close to restaurants, the Tower bridge, and the Tower of London castle all in very short walking distance. "

"Decent wifi for a budget hotel (5-10mbps), helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms and generally clean throughout; light on amenities with most vending machines not working. Important to note that the post-checkout luggage storage is NOT free, and costs £15 per item. "

However, the last time I was here, I was not told that there is no desk or table in the room (premium Queen, which is what I always book - I always had a table and chair before), so it was difficult for me to get any work done on my computer. "This place is exceptional in both service and over character of the place. Must be experienced. I lived here for 8 ½ months during the pandemic and was taken care of very WELL by the entire staff. Here I am 5 yrs later and the ambiance and caring remains in tact. Cant express my overall love of this place and the individuals who I keep this place running smoothly, thet are the true hearts and souls of this establishment. Other hotels could learn a thing or two from this hotel employees on how to be gracious and above all helpful, going beyound their call of duty. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ☆☆☆☆☆"
