「The room was unbelievably quiet. I could hear my neighbors TV through the door when I went into my room but couldn’t hear a peep once inside the room. Room was good but the bathroom smell was horrible. The day staff were friendly helpful and cheerful. Can’t say that about the night staff」

「There was construction going on on my floor. The entire floor smelled of industrial/construction glue which left me with a pounding headache. All of the floors made incredible amounts of noise. I could hear it as I walked down the hall and I could hear it from the floor above me. The room was clean but the bathtub had a stain on it that made me change my mind from a bath to a shower. The continental breakfast was served on styrofoam plates with plastic/wooden cutlery and included terrible coffee...
