“Had an incredible stay for a Father/Son overnight trip to Laconia. The property was clean, incredibly safe, quiet and relaxing, the amenities were very nice and perfect for a vacation of any length. Perfect for family trips, couples getaways, solo adventures and friend getaways. This property is close to anything you want to do in that area. Has a nice pool, basketball, firepit, BBQ spots, places to relax and enjoy your drink or coffee to watch the sunset over the lake or sit under the starry……

““Cozy”—accurate description, kind of tight inside. Host was extremely responsive, replaced broken toaster, but could not get microwave fixed during days we were there (part delivered, but it didn’t fit). Perhaps it was growth spurt due to weather, but weeds had really popped up in lawn. Hot humid weather while we were there, but minisplit HVAC handled it.”

“This place was total dump and needs A LOT of TLC. It’s too bad because it could be a really nice spot. Don’t be deceived by the photos and reviews. It was really run down and smelled. The carpet was ripped and stained. I was afraid to walk around in bare feet in fear I would get some sort of disease. The walls were beat up and paper thin. We could clearly hear the people next door talking and coughing up a lung. There were also spider webs on the ceiling. It’s advertised has having a balcony.……

The apartment was well-furnished and comfortable - and having the woodstove started and waiting for us was a nice plus! The Farm is a great property and we enjoyed watching and interacting with the cows. A great trip for our group!”

Host was easy to communicate with. Very responsive. We were very comfortable. There was everything one would need. Even snacks. Beds were very comfy. Plenty of room for your stuff. (Closets).
