"New Haven Hotel is a tremendous alternative to the several other boutique hotels in New Haven. While not quite as fancy, it is a well-maintained comfortable location located a couple of blocks from Yale and all the great things in downtown New Haven, but at much less cost than the others, and the convenience of its self-park garage with a walkway over the street is fabulous (the others have no parking and valet is required). The hundreds saved staying here in a nice relaxed location will pay for the rest of your trip."

No major complaints, but for the price and style of the hotel I expected it to be cleaner. One of my drinks in the bar had a dirty ice cube and the glassware and plates at breakfast had some spots on them (looked like dried food that didn’t come off in dishwasher) "
